The Opportunity - Responsible QA Pharmacist-Gulf and Levant
Location-UAE
This is a fixed term contract role for 1 year

What You'll Do-
Maintain and renew GDP/GSP license for Abbott products in Tranzone by communicating Regulatory Authority in timely manner with required documents. Responding to GSP, GDP inspections required by health Authorities.
Support Abbott GMP/ GDP Audits in Tranzone.
To get the Import and export permit for the shipment which contain semi controlled drugs (Faverin) and support for earliest shipment delivery.
Act as a primary contact for regulatory and quality related enquiries in Tranzone for Abbott shipments.
Prepare MOH inspection form and get approvals for required Abbott outbound shipments.
Release all Quarantine shipments (Duphalac) in timely manner once receive required supporting documents (CoA for batches).
Prepare and issue Quality declaration letter for required Abbott shipments. Inspects all damaged, returned shipments and made the decision to whether unrestricted or rejected on damaged or returned products in timely manner. Hold the temperature excursed shipments and escalate the complaints to regional CDQA for decision making.
Initiate and open the complaints and exceptions in soltraq for Abbott products in Tranzone.
Support Tranzone QA to amend and implement Tranzone Abbott procedures according to changes in Abbott procedures.
Co-ordinate all the regional requests for product listing, QIR, batch review with respective responsible QA.
Support supply chain during stock count and expiry management for quality related queries.
Work close to Regional CDQA Manager and Support quality projects and aspects whenever needed.
Required Qualifications
Educational qualification inpharmaceutical sciences.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
