Job Description

Rixos Al Mairid, a luxurious beachfront resort on Al Marjan Island, is seeking a skilled Wellness Instructor to join our wellness team. As a Wellness Instructor, you will provide a range of fitness and wellness activities, including yoga, pilates, and personal training sessions. You will design and lead wellness programs tailored to guests' needs, ensuring a holistic and rejuvenating experience. Your role is key to promoting health and well-being among our guests, contributing to the overall serene and rejuvenating atmosphere of the resort.

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Russian. Proficiency in additional languages like German, Italian, or French is a plus, with a language allowance provided.
• Experience: Previous experience as a wellness or fitness instructor in a luxury resort or wellness center is highly preferred.
• Skills: Expertise in various wellness disciplines, excellent communication and instructional skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire guests.
• Personal Attributes: Professional, health-conscious, and passionate about wellness and fitness.

• Compensation: 4,500 AED Basic Salary, 400 AED Service Charge, 250 AED Language Allowance (for Russian, German, Italian, or French).
• Accommodation: Shared accommodation (2 pax in 1 room) provided by the hotel.
