We share their goals and long-term ambitions; we’re on the same journey to create places and infrastructure which will support long term sustainable development, healthy living and vibrant communities.ResponsibilitiesDemonstrated proficiency in managing and supervising construction projects.In-depth knowledge of engineering, technology, building, construction, and design specifications of ADNOC and TRANSCOFamiliar with ADNOC Onshore/Offshore HSE, construction and administrative requirementsCo-ordination and knowledge of Permits/NOCs involved in execution of Site activities.Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, GIS, AutoCAD and other softwareAbility to manage multiple construction projects at various stages of their lifecycle.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials and regulations.Competent in assessing, interpreting and presenting survey reports and other critical data for stakeholders and shareholders.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Thorough knowledge of the UAE Building Code, safety regulations and standards.Excellent interpersonal, leadership and management skills.Active role in Site inspections for civil construction material and review of Shop drawingsMaintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Suggest process and technical design changes to improve performance and efficiency.Monitor project progress, compliance with design specifications.Monitor work schedules and recommend mitigation measures as needed to meet project deadlines!Supervise and monitor detailed documentation of all site construction activities.Collaborate with management to align activities with desired business outcomes.Proven track record for managing personnel and material resources.Exemplary critical thinking, analytical, and complex problem-solving skillsActive listening and verbal/written communication skillsDedication to implement new concepts and strategies.What we’re looking forBachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering, construction or industrial buildingsMinimum 6-8 years of Construction experience in 132kV, 400kV substations and HV/EHV cable laying projectsExperienced in ADNOC and TRANSCO projects.Experienced as construction supervision Consultant.Why choose AtkinsRéalis:Your difference makes a difference.
