The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay, a pre-opening cluster of hotels, is looking for an experienced Reservations Supervisor to join their extraordinary team!


Conveniently located in the heart of Dubai’s Business Bay area, home of the Burj Khalifa! Minutes away from The Dubai mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities


YOUR DAY TO DAY


Your main responsibilities as a Reservations Supervisor will be to oversee and direct the day-to-day operations of Reservation Department under the general direction of the Revenue Manager. To maintain the overall efficiency of standards set, ensuring that quality of reservations is maintained in terms of guest details, rates, payment methods etc. 


Ensure the hotel’s room inventory is accurately updated in the system. Track occupancy levels and make adjustments to pricing and availability as informed by Revenue Manager. Work closely with the front office and revenue management to optimize room sales. Manage and maintain accurate guest information in the reservations system. Monitor reservation accuracy to avoid errors and ensure guest satisfaction.


Supervise and lead the team, keep them informed on all changes or developments within the hotel and the Company.


Promote and foster a positive work environment. 


WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • Proven experience in a reservations or front office role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of reservation systems and Opera
  • Leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge of Arabic language will be an added advantage
