Responds to alI reservation requests and incoming calls in a courteous, efficient, professional and friendly manner in adherence to Swissotel Nankai Osaka standards Follows-up on all voicemails and emails in a timely manner Assists in providing reservation related training to applicable operational departments Reviews group resumes each week and double checks VIP/staff reservations (rate, room type, billing, etc.) in PM for accuracy. Performs all duties per the Reservations Daily / Weekly / Monthly checklist. Researches and supports any / all Travel Agent commission inquiries Leads by example in demonstrating high levels of guest service, teamwork and "stepping out of the box" where possible

資格

Work Experience in a 4-5 star hotel in a similar role (Reservations Team) Experience within Accor is desirable English and Japanese written and verbal communication needed Experience with systems like:+ Opera Cloud
+ Resaweb
+ TL Lincoln
+ Table check
+ Ikyu Restaurants
+ Hot Pepper etc.
Need to be open to change in processes based on the need of the
