Key Responsibilities:

• Research Leadership: Design, plan, and execute high-quality research projects in alignment with company goals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with research institutions, government entities, and industry partners to advance scientific initiatives.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret research data, ensuring accuracy and relevance to project objectives.
• Publication and Reporting: Prepare research papers, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and scientific communities.
• Grant and Funding Support: Assist in securing research grants and funding by preparing proposals and supporting documentation.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior researchers and team members.
• Innovation: Stay updated on the latest scientific advancements and integrate innovative approaches into research projects.

Requirements:

• Education: PhD in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of research experience in academia, industry, or a similar environment.
• Proven track record of published research in reputable scientific journals.
• Experience in securing and managing research grants is a plus.
