Job Description

  • Research work, data analysis and recruitment.
  • Preparing market mappings assigned by respective line manager.
  • Conducting searches on databases and portals to meet hiring criteria.
  • Manage our CRM system by keeping candidates records up-to-date and accurate.
  • Performing research and producing reports as and when required.
  • Multi-task several different projects and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Assist Managing Partners in background when required.
  • Putting together high-level information packs for candidates to understand the client better, role
  • and job market in the region.
  • Maintaining trackers to update progress on each role being worked on across various clients which
  • serves as a personal database.
  • Preparing candidates CV in desired report format

Requirements
  • Recent graduates
  • Bachelors Degree in any field, Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Must be on parent's sponsorship visa (ready to provide NOC)
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Outstanding communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Ability to multitask and deliver to tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Career driven.
  • Dynamic candidate possessing a pleasant & outgoing personality.
  • Should be extremely driven and motivated with a strong willingness to learn & grow.
  • Ability to work part of a team as well as autonomously.
  • Highly motivated to be part of a multinational organization.
