Conduct comprehensive research on organisational design trends and innovations against local, regional and international benchmarksAnalyse data and generate actionable recommendations to optimise organisational structuresDevelop and maintain a repository of research findings, case studies and knowledge assetsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to share insights and foster knowledge sharingUtilise advanced analytics to support evidence-based decision-makingSupport the development and implementation of the function's strategy and objectives


Profile
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, or a related fieldExtensive experience in conducting research and analysis within organisational designStrong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis toolsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate and present complex research findings into clear and actionable recommendationsProficiency in English and Arabic.
