Job Description
The Renewals Consultant is responsible for efficiently managing the entire license renewal process for IFZA’s professional partners and licensees. This role involves proactively engaging with partners, addressing objections or challenges, and ensuring clients requests are promptly manage and serviced professionally. The position requires conducting formal in-person meetings, providing timely follow-ups, and maintaining alignment with organizational standards and timelines.
• Client and Partner Communication: Notify clients and professional partners of upcoming renewal dates, ensuring adherence to organizational timeframes and guidelines.
• Escalation Management: Handle complex cases escalated from the administrative team, providing effective solutions for unique scenarios.
• Negotiation: Negotiate various matters with professional partners, aiming for optimal outcomes for all parties involved.
• Data Analysis: Accurately analyze data to identify trends and develop action plans to improve the conversion rates of professional partners.
• CRM Management: Regularly monitor and update the CRM system to effectively manage a portfolio of work.
• Client Support: Respond promptly to client emails and queries, addressing a wide range of scenarios faced by licensees.
• Face-to-Face Meetings: Conduct regular in-person meetings with clients to maintain strong relationships.
• Partner Relations: Maintain ongoing relationships with professional partners, including preparing reports, hosting meetings, and conducting training sessions.
• Additional Duties: Perform other job-related tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements• Full proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
• Confident personality with the ability to communicate effectively on phone calls and during face-to-face meetings.
• Self-motivated and accountable with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of exceptional performance.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Industry knowledge related to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory
