The Renewals Consultant actively manages the
process of license renewals for IFZA’s professional partners and administrative
teams. This will include meeting with partners, finding solutions to objections
or issues, and notifying clients of license statuses and renewal dates. The
role requires conducting formal face-to-face meetings and following up with all
partners and entities in a timely manner and in line with organizational
standards and timelines.
Main responsibilities:
Notifying
clients or professional partners of upcoming renewal dates in line with
organizational timeframes and guidelines
Handling
escalations of complex cases passed from the administrative team and solving
problems when unique scenarios arise
Negotiating
a variety of matters with professional partners and reaching optimal outcomes
for all parties
Accurately
analyzing data to determine trends and devising action plans to improve
conversion rates of professional partners
Monitoring
and updating the CRM system regularly when managing a portfolio of work
Responding
to all client emails and queries on a range of scenarios faced by licensees
Conducting
face-to-face meetings with clients regularly
Maintaining
an ongoing relationship with professional partners, including preparing
reports, hosting meetings, and conducting training sessions
Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
Requirements
Full English proficiency is required
Additional spoken languages are a plus
Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS
Office
Confident personality with the ability to
communicate effectively on phone calls and during face-to-face meetings
Self-motivated and accountable with a strong work
ethic and a proven track record of exceptional performance
Strong negotiation skills
Industry knowledge relating to licensing, amendments, cancellations, and
immigration processes is advantageous but not mandatory
Demonstrated Sales Experience
Customer Service and Client Relationship Management experience is
advantageous
