Job Description

We are looking for dynamic Relationship and Senior Relationship Officers specializing in Personal Loans for our Abu Dhabi and Dubai locations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of UAE banking experience and a proven track record in personal loan sales. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving loan acquisition, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote personal loan products.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying and converting potential customers.
  • Provide accurate information on loan features, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and assist with application processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE banking regulations and market trends.


Skills

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of UAE banking experience, with a focus on personal loans.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive environment.
