Attending client queries through calls or e-mails and coordinating with the concerned department
Create Quotations /Respond to RFQ/Tender/Bid Invitation with quote.
Prepare Tender for big clients with complete requirements/documents.
Issue Survey Request /Follow up to Ops Team / Prepare Pricing Model/Main Costing and get approval with SSM.
Follow up Quotation with Client / Coordinate any changes requested by client to SSM / Revise Quote as per client request with approval of SSM.
To deal courteously and efficiently with enquiries by telephone and to deal with day-to-day written correspondence.
Create Contracts/Addendums for new added services or Request LPO to client and issue a job order to it to Operation for Execution and to Accounts Dept. for billing. Update the Quotations, Contracts and Clients list and maintain this up to date at all times.
Handles inquiries/quotations and input it in ZOHO and send the quote to client. Issue contracts before expiry.
Prepare quote if needed
Follow up signed copy to client.
Revise the contract/addendum if requested by client with approval of SSM
Send to client for Signature. Prepare agendas and or programs for meetings and take minutes where necessary.
Weekly sales report.
Other duties as assigned from time to time.
Update and manage CRM master client list, monitoring and assigning clients between sales team as instructed by line manager.
Reviewing and following through on critical deadlines on strategic objectives, closing of open tickets from customer service for emergency jobs in the same month
Maintaining up-to-date online registrations with governmental and non-governmental entities.
Attending weekly recurring meetings with stakeholders from other departments and ensuring follow-through on the action items.
Assist in preparing and maintaining business plans, forecast, performance evaluation systems and other management administrative deliverables. Ensure clients are sticking to payment terms agreed.
Completion of tasks as assigned by department head.
Requirements
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize a varied workload and to work without direct supervision.
Excellent written, interpersonal and oral communication and presentation skills.
Excellent team working.
Multitasking and MS Office skills
