About the job Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of clients and smooth delivery of services.
  • Analyze customer portfolios to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated database of client interactions and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
  • Provide insights to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all customer interactions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in credit card sales or banking.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of credit card products and DSA operations is an advantage.
