Job Description
About the job Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, concerns, and feedback.
Understand client financial needs and recommend suitable credit card products.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless onboarding of clients and smooth delivery of services.
Analyze customer portfolios to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain an updated database of client interactions and follow up regularly to nurture relationships.
Provide insights to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and potential opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in relationship management, preferably in credit card sales or banking.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of credit card products and DSA operations is an advantage.
