In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with clients, customers, or stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and that long-term partnerships are cultivated.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets by driving customer engagement, lead conversion, and client detention, ensuring revenue goals are consistently met.
- Leverage experience in DLD and OQOOD registration to handle official documentation and ensure compliance with Dubai’s real estate regulations.
- Implement and manage CRM systems to monitor leads, follow-ups, and optimize the client engagement journey, specifically for off-plan real estate projects.
- Track and analyze customer data, sales inquiries, and investor interests to identify opportunities for improved conversions, client retention, and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, agents, and investor networks to increase project visibility and revenue.
- Lead and guide the sales team to meet revenue targets, aligning goals with current and upcoming off-plan project timelines.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries, investor feedback, and leads generated through marketing campaigns, ensuring a premium experience at every touchpoint.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including potential buyers, investors, property brokers, and Dubai-based real estate agencies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with project launches, campaigns, and client communication initiatives.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies tailored to Dubai’s real estate market, ensuring smooth post-sales support.
- Prepare detailed CRM performance reports to track and evaluate sales processes, pipeline progression, and client satisfaction.
- Provide insights on client expectations, competitor offerings, and market trends to keep the company’s CRM approach competitive in Dubai’s real estate sector.
Skills
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience and understanding of DLD and OQOOD registration processes and requirements for Dubai real estate transactions.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and CRM management within Dubai's real estate development industry, specifically with off-plan projects.
- Proven ability to engage and build relationships with investors, brokers, and high-value clients in Dubai’s property market.
- Familiarity with Dubai’s RERA regulations, market trends, and investor preferences related to real estate developments.
