We are currently seeking a Registration Staff for one of our very well-known client, to be based in their Dubai office.
Job Purpose
To provide excellent registration service to our Occupational Health customers and ensure smooth operations within our Medical Centre based in Jebel Ali. Registration staff will be assisting customers with their document registration needs and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the registration process.
Principal Accountabilities
- Assist customers with document registration, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Verify the information entered by Typing staff
- Resolve any registration-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide guidance to customers regarding the required documentation and any additional steps necessary for successful registration.
- Collaborate with various departments internally and externally.
- Accurately enter customer information into the registration system and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records.
- Answer customer inquiries and address concerns or issues promptly and courteously. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer service experience.
- Adhere to confidentiality guidelines when handling sensitive customer information. Stay updated on relevant regulations, procedures, and guidelines pertaining to document registration.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Provide efficient and professional administrative support, schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Register new patients and update existing patient information accurately in the electronic health record system
- Schedule appointments for occupational health services, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to appointment protocols.
- Answer incoming calls, address inquiries, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding services offered, fees, and appointment availability.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations or referrals as required.
- Coordinate and maintain the appointment schedule, ensuring optimal utilization of
- resources.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate smooth patient flow and resolve any scheduling or administrative issues.
- Follow established procedures for maintaining security and confidentiality of patient and employee information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as assigned
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary supplies and materials are readily available.
