Registered Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
  
• Assist physicians during examinations, treatments, and surgeries when required.
  
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
  
• Maintain accurate patient records, including documentation of treatments, assessments, and progress.
  
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including infection control protocols and safety standards.
  
• Prepare and maintain medical equipment and examination rooms.
  
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, ensuring their comfort and addressing concerns.
  
• Coordinate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  
• Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay updated on nursing best practices.
  
• Support in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient clinic environment.
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a diploma from an accredited nursing program.
  
• Current DHA/HAAD/MOH license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
  
• Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably within a clinic or hospital setting.
  
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, medical terminology, and nursing best practices.
  
• Excellent communication, patient care, and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle emergency situations effectively.
  
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems and other medical software.
  
• Attention to detail and high standards for patient care and safety.
