Description


Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the Middle East.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the access control business unit.Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions.Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide leadership in navigating competitive landscapes.




Profile

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the access control/security industry, with a proven track record in sales leadership and team management. You must possess strong strategic and commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team are essential.
