History and Achievements:
INOI was founded in 2016 by Estonian businessman Vassili Sibirtsev and Finnish entrepreneur Victor Dmitrienko. Starting its operations in the CIS markets, the company successfully sold over 10 million devices.

Position: Regional Sales Head - GCC 
Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy aimed at increasing revenue in the GCC region (excluding KSA) in alignment with the company’s business objectives.
  • Manage regional and individual performance, strengthening the company’s market position through relationships with key partners (IR/OR/Online) and distributors.
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with distributors, key retailers and online partners, ensuring optimal regional coverage and adherence to agreed service levels.
  • Report on regional sales performance, focusing on revenue growth metrics.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits, creating plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility, with a focus on increasing profitability.
  • Analyze market trends in the GCC region, identify new growth opportunities, and propose initiatives aimed at boosting revenue.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including IR, OR, Online partners, and distributors across GCC countries.
  • Address critical issues by proposing prompt and effective solutions that positively impact company revenue.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making related to expansion or acquisition, with an emphasis on driving profitability.
  • Propose and introduce new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Regional/Country Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role within the GCC region.
  • Deep knowledge of the market and established connections with key partners (IR/OR/Online) and distributors.
  • Successful track record in UAE and other GCC countries, demonstrating significant revenue growth achievements.
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators related to revenue growth.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems.
  • Capability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team with a strong results-driven focus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a problem-solving mindset centered on increasing profitability.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
