Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading engineering software company in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead and manage our clients Sales Team for Territory accounts and prospects. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth, increase market presence, and meet revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and manage sales teams across multiple regions, ensuring alignment with the company’s cohesive sales strategy and objectives.- Establish and monitor key performance metrics, providing regular feedback and guidance to regional sales managers (RSMs) and team members. - Regularly update higher management on progress and KPIs.- Build strategies to identify and target key territory accounts and prospects, developing comprehensive sales plans to secure new business, renewals, expand market presence, and enter new territories.- Define and build an ecosystem through the placement of sub-partners or joint ventures in certain countries within the region, complementing the overall sales strategy and objectives.- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and revenue projections, both comprehensively and region-wise.- Drive and monitor the sales process in Salesforce CRM, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a strong pipeline of opportunities on a quarterly basis for each regional team.- Develop and manage sales budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.- Collaborate closely with marketing and inside sales teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote solutions and services.Requirements- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.- Experience: At least 10 years of sales experience, primarily in the software industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a sales team management role overseeing more than 20 sales personnel.- Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the Middle East market.- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Strategic and Tactical Thinking: Ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits.
