About the role  


As the Regional Product Manager - Emirates Holidays you will be required to design, develop and drive implementation plans to launch products into new and existing source Markets/Line of Business within prescribed remit of responsibility. You will also effectively match products and customer needs. 


What you will do 


  • Develop regional source market/ Line of Business strategies to meet the needs of the business and achieve revenue growth in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager and ensure objectives and product plan are aligned with corporate vision.
  • Report, measure and make recommendations on all activity to improve the effectiveness of our future products. Work proactively with sales and fulfilment areas to optimize conversion rates.
  • Proactively work with source markets/ Line of Business to drive incremental value and increase share of wallet through innovative product solutions in conjunction with Emirates/dnata GSA airline partners.
  • Develop new and innovative ways to take products to market to strengthen the company's competitive advantage and market share. Assess risks and issues and where appropriate involve relevant parties and take corrective action.
  • Support new routes through developing strong packaged holiday offerings to drive awareness and demand for new destinations.
  • Campaign management in-conjunction with Commercial Support team engaging all key stakeholders in initial campaign discussions to ensure knowledge sharing and aligned approach and support with activity.
  • Conduct post campaign review session with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage the team's performance through coaching, training, development, career progression and motivate by role modelling leadership/team-work behaviours. Manage the performance management process for staff across the section by ensuring quality and timely feedback and completion of PM reviews.
  • Understand business needs, provide regular competitor/ market analysis including benchmarking of Emirates/dnata product offerings and market position. Identify gaps in the market and profitable opportunities to secure products which are commercially viable and which will enhance the Emirates/dnata offering. Develop and maintain strong mutually beneficial, long-term strategic relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop intimate understanding of customer needs and priorities and proactively engage with internal and external customers to identify and fulfil opportunities to drive increased loyalty and market share. Represent the business at internal and external events and training opportunities.
