Your Tasks



The Regional Marketing Manager for Body and APC in EM is responsible for driving category Body/APC categories, growth and profitability, while outperforming competition, It’s also responsible for aligning strategic innovation between Global and regional teams, managing, and steering key initiatives, and ensuring regional deployment. This includes collaborating with BLU counterparts on Strategy creation, project development, financial evaluation, volume forecasting, comms development (and content gap closing), and Key launches deployment in the region. The role also includes regional business tracking and steering, as well as reporting and presentation creation for key instances and Stakeholders in the regional and Global teams.
Category growth outperforming Competition: + Responsible for delivering Body/APC categories Sales, and profit growth while outperforming competition in Market Shares, VAM and Brand equities.
+ Responsible to Steer MUs Strategic plans and market implementation to secure achieving the above-mentioned regional targets on local level.
Brand Strategy Definition and implementation + Collaborate with BLU in the Brand Strategy creation and Innovation development to growth opportunities of the categories under her/him SoW as well as providing input about volume and financial estimations for key projects/initiatives.
+ Responsible for the end-to-end management and steering of innovation projects, ensuring successful deployment and implementation across the region.
Regional Innovation deployment and business steering. + Lead the regional business steering with EM MUs, Strategy, and Initiatives implementation.
+ Responsible for the regional/country volume and NS target top downs to be deployed within the region.
+ Responsible for securing DCCs compliance with top downs on a regional level.
+ Ensuring accurate tracking of key initiatives implementation
Global/Regional Communication + Participate on the development of the regional/ local communication for the launch and re-launch projects as well as BDIs.
+ Responsible for leading comms briefing, and coordinate MUs mkt teams with content development with CDU.
Business performance Monitoring and Reporting + Track and report on business performance across the EM region, preparing the necessary reports and presentations for key regional (e.g., FCs, PMPs, ABPS) and global (e.gl, PMPs, ABPs, CEO reviews, QBRs)
Leadership + Guiding, motivating, and developing the Body/ABP team, local teams & core teams’ interactions.
+ Close collaboration with countries / regions and further key functions. Team leadership.

Your Profile



Above average university degree 8 – 10 years’ experience in Marketing with strong focus on regional or global brand management. International experience desirable Proven track record in delivering business growth (sales, profit, and brand equity). Experienced in Marketing plan development (planning and implementation) Experienced in project and budget management. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams across multiple countries and regions. Experience in leading business steering and collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders such as local teams, supply chain, and agencies. Proactive, open-minded, team-oriented, enthusiastic Fluent in spoken and written English Very good presentation and communication skills with the ability to prepare documents for High-level regional and global meetings. Very good analytical skills * Strategic and conceptual way of thinking
