DHL Global Forwarding has an opening for a
Regional Marketing Expert where you will support to develop and administer marketing plans and processes to deliver growth, retention, and margin development, launch and position products/ services in line with business strategy, market requirements, Group guidelines and policies. Join us now in connecting people and improving lives. You will support administration of marketing plans and processes. You will provide day-to-day support with readily available advice for marketing initiatives. You will provide administrative and analytical support for marketing activities. You will prepare schedules, marketing literature, reports, etc. for delivery of marketing programs and services such as product promotions, product launch, etc. You will collect and collate data and analyze trends for carrying out marketing of the products and brands to customers. You will perform assigned tasks and activities as per set quality standards and timelines. You will undertake preparation for sales campaigns, product launches, etc. You will execute sales campaigns for the assigned geography and/ or products/ services. You will gather performance data and prepare reports on sales campaigns. You will carry out surveys and gather input to study market trends on assigned products for supporting new product launch. You will prepare analytical reports on marketing results against targets. You will respond to queries and provide updates to marketing and sales managers to maintain relationships and enhance customer satisfaction. You will adhere to the defined marketing processes and policies. You may provide functional advice or training to less experience positions. You will perform work across multiple Marketing sub-families such as Product Marketing & Management, Customer Events, Advertising & Marketing Communication, Online Shopping Marketing & Social Media Marketing, and Brand Development/Management. You may influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices. You will connect with and influence other specialist departments and 3rd parties e.g. external service providers. You will build relationships and understand customer and key stakeholders’ interests and concerns. You will address task-related issues appropriately to maintain work relationships. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification Minimum of 2 years’ experience or more Fluent in English. Fluent in Arabic & French (Preferred) Knowledge of the following software's; Canvas, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Figma Opportunities in a global company where you can contribute your ideas and skills to move towards our shared goals.
