How You Will Make an Impact
Drive a culture of safety and sustainability: Prioritize HSE in all decision-making processes, ensuring compliance with Hitachi Energy's standards and regulations.
Foster a proactive HSE culture: Collaborate with the HSE function to increase awareness, engage team members in HSE programs, and promote a learning culture.
Ensure regulatory compliance: Adhere to Hitachi Energy's HSE Operating System and any additional local requirements.
Develop and maintain HSE competency: Equip team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles safely and responsibly.
Support supplier and contractor management: Collaborate with external parties to ensure they adhere to Hitachi Energy's HSE standards.
Your Background
Proven experience in HSE management within construction industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of relevant HSE regulations and standards
Ability to foster a culture of safety and sustainability
Proven ability to develop and implement HSE programs and initiatives
