SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

As a Regional Colour Marketing Manager, you will lead the conceptualization, development, and promotion of Jotun’s colour tools and inspiration materials to strengthen our position as the leading colour expert across the Middle East, India, and Africa (MEIA) region. You will collaborate with global, regional, and local colour experts, as well as marketing teams, media, influencers, architects, and designers to drive brand positioning in colour, design, and premium finishes.
This role reports to the Regional Marketing Director - MEIA, and is based in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, launch and promote all colour and inspiration tools (Global Colour Card, Regional Interior and Exterior Colour Cards and collections, retail colour tools, project colour tools and material).
- Follow design, architectural and colour trends, develop relevant colours, tools and communication to support profitable growth in the MEIA region.
- Promote Jotun’s position in colour, design and premium finishes in the region and be the spokesperson with media, influencers, architects and designers.
- Develop, approve and oversee the implementation of Jotun’s colour tools (across the media mix, including launches and exhibitions) in all countries within the region, ensuring consistency of Jotun’s quality and positioning.
- Develop content for our digital colour journey to inspire homeowners and professionals to use our colours and finishes to achieve their visions for projects and homes.
- Be an active partner in the Global Colour team researching on colour and design trends and supporting the development of the Global Colour Card and all activities supporting the Jotun positioning as the leading colour expert.
- Lead and manage the Regional Colour & PR Activation Manager to ensure effective execution of colour marketing and PR strategies.

What we look for
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience and understanding of colours and design, both interior design and exterior colours.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- A strong communicator, able to inspire various target groups such as media, influencers, architects, and interior designers.
- Proficiency in working cross-functionally to manage projects and launches.
- Good communication and networking skills.
