Job Description

This role requires solid knowledge of the forex market, a strategic sales focus, and strong leadership to drive and support a successful sales team. Our client is a leading multinational forex trading organization in the UAE.


Job Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the forex market to meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.


  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, providing ongoing consultation and support.


  • Manage a team of business development managers, setting KPIs and coaching them to reach their full potential.


  • Monitor forex market trends, competitor activity, and client behavior to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.


  • Work closely with marketing, compliance, trading, and customer service teams to align sales efforts with company goals.


  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed.



Requirements
  • 5+ years in sales within the forex or financial services industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. 


  • Strong understanding of forex products, trading platforms, and financial instruments.


  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.


  • Effective team leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.


  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.


  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex market data.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
