Job Description

Job Title: Regional Brand Planning Specialist-Middle East and North Africa (MENA)


Role Type: Outsourced, Full Time, Long Term, On-Site


Language requirement: Bilingual (English & Arabic)


Contract: Standard 2 years


Industry: Automotive


Experience required: Minimum 5-6yrs GCC experience

Job Responsibilities:


  • Be responsible for completing market research, user research, insight into target user values and brand attitude changes
  • Be responsible for decomposing the company's overseas brand strategic objectives and scheming the annual brand promotion strategy for the M&A regional market
  • Be responsible for the preparation and implementation of brand promotion plans for the M&A regional market, including but not limited to brand launch activities, product launch activities, exhibition activities, important IP cooperation
  • Be responsible for cross-departmental collaboration with the domestic brand team to ensure that the regional brand promotion project is consistent with the company's overall strategy
  • Be responsible for implementing brand localization strategy to ensure that brand programs comply with the laws and regulations and cultural customs of the M&A regional market
  • Be responsible for maintaining brand VI guidelines to ensure the consistency of the brand in terms of content and vision
  • Be responsible for managing budgets for branding projects, and make evaluation on the effectiveness of each project 
  • Be responsible for monitoring brand metrics to improve brand awareness, brand preference, and brand loyalty in the local area
  • Be responsible for constructing and operating regional official platforms, including official websites and social media accounts, such as facebook, twitter, tiktok, youtube, instagram, etc

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 5 years or more work experience in branding or marketing
  • Major in journalism and communication, advertising, marketing or related majors is preferred
  • Outstanding English communication and writing skills
  • Outstanding Arabic communication and writing skills
  • Working experience in the automotive industry, mastering the basic knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred
  • Good communication, coordination, and execution skills ability
  • Good project planning and management skills are preferred
  • Work experience in automobile company, preferably Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Nissan
