1 - Function
In charge of the application support of distributors in Middle East from training to on-site interventions.

3 - Missions
3.1 Application support

• Provide application assistance to distributors’ application and technical support teams.
• Ensured a 3rd level intervention together subsidiaries and distributors’ support team.
• Explains and enhances its interventions to Lab Managers, subsidiaries and distributors.
• Part of new devices assessment.
• Part of new software version assessment.
• Organizes, sets up, conducts application training sessions allowing the qualification of subsidiaries and distributors application representative, in order to provide them with a specific professional skills and know-how.
• Is in charge of providing the necessary documents for the training sessions.
• Makes occasional trip abroad to train subsidiaries/distributors application representative and to solve some problems.
• Assess the trainees' satisfaction in term of training performance and draws from it areas for improvement.
• Participate in all training on new equipment company will have.
• Create SOP for end users after spending time hands-on with the analyzer.


3.2 Product support


• Works closely with the area’s product managers in implementing application strategy to provide competitive differentiation.
• Works with headquarters to review and analyze regular application processes effectiveness and sets out strategies to optimize it.
• Coordinates contributions and shares relevant information with the product managers.


3.3 Application documentation
• Contributes to application documents elaboration and in the ongoing training support for subsidiaries and distributors’ application representatives.


3.4 Quality
• Informs Global Application Specialists Manager when cases are seemed to be global.
• Ensure customer satisfaction within the company's goals.
• Contributes to the continuous application improvement to reach the same standards worldwide, with an
ongoing search of application efficiency and customer’s satisfaction.


4 -Skills required for the position.
• Training level and background training in Biochemistry, Coagulation, Diabetology, Hematology, Urinalysis, Immunology, Microbiology, and instrument functionality
Bachelor Degree


• Language: Fluent English mandatory. Extra languages (like French & Arabic) are much appreciated.


Various knowledge:
Knowledge in principles and theories in Biochemistry, Coagulation, Diabetology, Hematology, Urinalysis, Immunology, Microbiology, and instrument functionality. Train the Trainer Certificate is appreciated.
Good analytical skills. Ability to solve complex problems. Big desire and possibility to learn a lot of information in short period of time
Good communication skills.
