Job Description:
We are seeking a Full Time Recruitment Specialist Intern to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This internship is immediate and open to candidates holding student visa, parent visa, spouse visa, employee visa, freelance visa, golden visa, or GCC citizenship. No prior experience is required, making it an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and entry-level individuals.
Role Responsibilities:
- Utilize recruitment strategies to source, attract, and screen candidates for various job positions
- Assist in creating job descriptions and posting vacancies on job boards and social media platforms
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support in organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and campus recruitment initiatives
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the recruitment database
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
- Provide administrative support as needed, including answering emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to improve the overall recruitment process
