Manpower Planning and Recruitment/Selection
Coordinating with concerned HODs for maintaining periodic up to date Organizational
Structures including summary of Position/Grade wise approved versus actual
headcount.
Assist in Job Analysis, Evaluation and Grading.
Identification of vacancies and Recruitment planning in coordination with HRAD, HQO
Ensure availability of Job Descriptions for unique positions and also periodically update
the same in coordination with HODs.
Identify effective internal and external sources (internal job posting, job portals,
recruitment consultants etc.) of recruitment of manpower across all grades and
develop a database of suitable candidates.
Complete the end to end process of recruitment, selection and onboarding process, by complying with relevant regulations and completion of all necessary documentation and records within minimum lead time.

Qualification Graduate with post graduate qualification in HRD. Additional relevant qualification/certifications will be of added advantage.

Exposure or Experience 7/8 years’ experience in managing HR and Recruitment at operation/project sites of an Engineering/other Organization
