Job Description
As our Recruitment Specialist, you'll build strong relationships with hiring managers, draft job descriptions, source applicants and conduct interviews to ensure a positive candidate experience. In addition, you'll manage our Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR), keep our careers page updated, and support our advisory business unit with secondment placements. With a strong background in recruitment and excellent interpersonal skills, you’ll play a key role in attracting top talent and aligning new hires with our organisational goals.
INTERNAL AGENCY RECRUITMENT
- Coordinate with hiring leads/internal management to identify department needs and job specifications
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear candidate/interviewer expectations
- Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Draft job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position
- Support hiring managers with the preparation of recruitment assignments
- Conduct interviews with the hiring managers
- Develop and post job adverts on platforms, such as social media and job boards - MEPRA job board
- Assess candidates’ information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references
- Organise interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
- Manage candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Responsible for adding and updating all job roles to BambooHR
- Ensure the company’s careers page is updated and reflects all open roles
- Update and maintain the ATS on BambooHR
- Keep the recruitment status tracker up to date with new roles, salary budgets and time-to-hire data
- Liaise and build relationships with universities to help support internship opportunities
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
ADVISOR RECRUITMENT
- Support the ASAP Business Lead with secondment-based roles
- Organise interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and interviews
- Prepare shortlisted candidates ahead of their interviews with the client
- Acornise CV’s to share with the client
RELEVANT SOFT SKILLS / APTITUDE
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, or similar
- 2-3 years of work experience as a Recruitment Specialist, or similar (agency experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, BambooHR an advantage
- Experience in using LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively source candidates
- A keen interest and understanding of the requirements for each role in the company
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
