The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for attracting top talent to our clients , managing the full recruitment cycle, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through online channels, job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and aptitudes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
- Manage job postings and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role with an agency
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with HR software and ATS.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
