Recruitment / Sales Intern

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Time Recruitment/Sales Intern to join our team immediately in Dubai. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and sales while working with a fun team in a fast-paced environment.

We are a small, fast growing hospitality recruitment company based in Media City. We help hospitality businesses the Gulf Region find the best talent, and offer HR tools to recruit and manage them. The role of recruitment executive is to source great candidates based on our clients job vacancies, to introduce them to our recruitment company, and to guide them through the application process. From here we will present them to our clients, who will hire them. Additional to the salary there is a competitive commission structure, where you should be earning 50%-100% on top of your salary based on achievements.

For this job you will use Linkedin, Sales Outreach Tools, a CRM and good old fashioned emails, WhatsApp messages and telephone calls!

Role Responsibilities:

- Conducting market research to identify potential clients and candidates

- Generating leads through various channels such as LinkedIn.

- Assisting the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates

- Participating in sales meetings and presentations

- Contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies

- Providing administrative support to the recruitment and sales teams
