Job Description
As part of the Cabin Crew recruitment team your role will manage the end-to-end recruitment operations team, ensuring the sourcing, attracting, and interviewing of top talent who embody the Emirates Group Values. Develop and implement a global recruitment plan, including campaign destinations, roster management, and partnerships with hospitality schools and suppliers, to maintain high standards and protect the integrity of the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and Track KPIs: Monitor team performance and report to the Recruitment Manager, ensuring personalized development plans and mentoring are provided specifically around time to shortlist and invite-to-attendance conversions.
- Campaign Performance Metrics: Identify and analyze metrics to provide insights and drive strategies, addressing challenges and recommending solutions to attract candidates.
- Headcount Planning: Plan and monitor headcount based on business demand, ensuring timely recruitment team staffing and training, considering seasonality and peak periods.
- Pre-Assessment Day Activities: Oversee sourcing, shortlisting, invitations, hotel bookings, and travel expenses, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience at all stages.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support Talent Acquisition advisors/coordinators in managing events, sourcing, shortlisting, and invitations.
- Training and Process Adherence: Ensure the team is fully trained on processes, SLAs, and mandatory recruitment activities.
