Key Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage all civil engineering projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements and specifications are met. Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control. Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and specifications. Manage and mentor engineering teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development. Monitor project progress, prepare progress reports, and address any issues or delays that arise. Ensure compliance with local regulations, industry standards, and company policies. Handle procurement and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Requirements:



Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction methods, and safety regulations. Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in engineering software and tools. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
