Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This internship will give you hands-on experience in recruitment operations, helping us find and hire top talent for various roles at Easy Wedding. You will also have the opportunity to gain exposure to the wedding and event planning industry while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and help create job descriptions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and track application statuses.
- Organize and participate in recruitment events and job fairs, if applicable.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and processes.
- Assist with employee engagement and team-building initiatives.
- Help manage recruitment operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
