Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5 years of experience in same field.
Familiar with Saudi Labor Law.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter for a staffing agency.
Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
