The role? 


  • To provide administrative support to Recruitment and the HR department, taking daily direction on priorities and standards from hiring managers.
  • Accurate and real-time population and maintenance of recruitment database.
  • On-time and professional reporting activities as required by the department and suggesting business improvements proactively.

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas


  • Accountable for following work processes from end to end using checklists to ensure that all steps have been undertaken to update systems and recruitment approvals. 
  • Responsible for daily checking, responding, and passing of information where appropriate from the Recruitment Inbox.
  • Responsible for monthly collation and issue of the regional recruitment report and metrics.
  • Support the team to attract and source high-quality talent.
  • Become a superuser of the (ATS) managing candidate applications, GDPR compliance, supporting hiring managers, and providing training to managers across the business in the recruitment process.
  • Create employer branding content for social engagement. 
  • Manage job postings and liaise with job boards to post advertisements.
  • Proactively source active and passive candidates via multiple digital platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Administer the employee referral program.
  • Lead first-round telephone interviews when required and schedule further interviews with candidates.
  • Build long-term relationships with talented people and manage them through a seamless end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience at all stages of the hiring process, keeping candidates updated on their applications.
  • Update our social media and LinkedIn accounts with the latest vacancies.
  • Support and facilitate assessment center days.
  • Manage the internal recruitment process and issue regular bulletins.
  • Take responsibility for all the recruitment requisitions.
  • To take a proactive and forward-thinking approach to how to improve areas within recruitment. 
  • Additional HR duties as requested.
