The client is a Global law firm based in Dubai offices and offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior recruiter to join the dynamic team, this role will cover multiple locations and focus on all aspects of legal recruitment.

Description

The Key responsibilities will include:


Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from initial job posting to final offer negotiation for a variety of positions, including attorneys, paralegals, administrative staff, and other legal professionals.Talent Sourcing: Identify and source qualified candidates through job boards, professional networks, law schools, referrals, and social media platforms (e.g., Linked In, Indeed).Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews, and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring teams.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates, maintaining strong communication throughout the hiring process and managing expectations.Offer Negotiation & On boarding: Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to extend offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate a smooth on boarding process for new hires.Employer Branding: Promote the law firm's brand and culture to attract high-quality candidates, ensuring the firm is seen as an employer of choice in the legal industry.Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate, to optimise and improve recruitment processes.




Profile

The Successful candidate will have/be:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A background in legal studies or related field is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a professional services or law firm setting.Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing strategies.Strong organisational and time management abilities.Preferred: Familiarity with recruiting for legal roles (e.g., attorneys, paralegals) and an understanding of the legal industry's demands and culture.
