CSM Middle East became part of the Wasserman agency following an acquisition in October 2023. In the Middle East region we continue to operate as CSM for the short-term whilst we go through the necessary changes to our business licenses, and we expect to rebrand, in line with the rest of the global CSM business, in 2025.

As a Recruitment Coordinator you will support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in recruiting the very best talent to join us at CSM. The Recruitment Coordinator will provide an exceptional candidate experience for all candidates as well as internal hiring teams. You will own scheduling and following up with candidates, helping to provide recruiting updates to hiring teams and maintaining data accuracy within our ATS, Workday.
Working in partnership with TA Managers you will be responsible for guiding both candidates and hiring teams through the end to end recruitment process, providing a great experience from start to finish
Arrange interviews and manage relationships with candidates, keeping them updated throughout the process
Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews with candidates and interview panel
Book meeting rooms for in-person interviews
Assist in providing updates to both candidates and hiring teams regarding the recruitment process & interviews
Posting vacancies on the relevant recruitment channels
Maintain data accuracy and reporting within the ATS (Workday)
Participate in creating an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Build strong relationships with wider People & Talent team, internal & external partners and all candidates
Partner with central marketing team to build content for our careers page and social channels
Manage central TA team folders and documents
Provide support to TA team in other capacities as needed
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED
Previous administrative experience supporting multiple individuals—ideally in an internal talent function or recruitment agency
Ability to multi-task, prioritise and complete projects with attention to detail and to tight deadlines
Experience coordinating interviews both virtually and in-person
Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Able to work in a busy, fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Strong team player that has a customer service approach and is solution oriented
Experience with the Workday ATS is beneficial but not essential
