Key Responsibilities
- Understand Recruitment Needs: Translate departmental needs into annual recruitment plans
- Advisory Role: Guide Talent Acquisition Coordinators on best practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Deputise for Team Lead: Step in for the Team Lead when needed, advising on tasks such as managing job requisitions, candidate file management, and onboarding processes.
- Support Recruitment Campaigns: Manage high-volume recruitment for roles Cabin Crew, both locally and globally.
- Selection Methodologies: Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates' technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong, professional relationships with hiring managers, balancing process integrity with departmental needs.
