- Effective Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to choose the best recruitment channels, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and ATS to attract top talent.
- Selection Methodologies: Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates' technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.
