  • Support Recruitment Campaigns: Manage high-volume recruitment for Cabin Crew both locally and globally.
  • Effective Recruitment Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to choose the best recruitment channels, leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and ATS to attract top talent.
  • Selection Methodologies: Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates' technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong, professional relationships with hiring managers, balancing process integrity with departmental needs.
