Key Responsibilities
- Advisor to the Talent Acquisition Coordinators: Guiding them on the most effective approaches for key recruitment operations. Provide expert support in candidate sourcing and shortlisting, managing interview invitations, coordinating hotel bookings, handling travel expenses, and processing duty travel requests
- Empower the team with best practices and strategic insights: Enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates.
- Understand Recruitment Needs: Translate departmental needs into annual recruitment plans
- Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.
- Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Deputise for Team Lead: Step in for the Team Lead when needed, advising on tasks related to pre assessment day processes and expenses.
- Support Recruitment Campaigns: Manage high-volume recruitment for roles Cabin Crew, both locally and globally.
- Selection Methodologies: Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates' technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.
