Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar role with at least 5 years of experience
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, network management, and cybersecurity practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues and ensure smooth operations
Familiarity with software, systems, and network security
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) would be a plus
