**Consolidated Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced **IT Recruitment Manager** to lead our talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full-cycle recruitment, sourcing, and team management, with a strong understanding of the technology landscape. This role involves driving recruitment strategies, leading a team, and managing the recruitment process for both domestic and international markets. The position requires someone with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of building a strong talent pipeline and managing end-to-end hiring needs.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring for both permanent and contractual positions.
2. Manage and mentor a recruitment team, driving individual and team targets, and ensuring efficient execution of recruitment strategies.
3. Collaborate with business heads to plan resource requirements and build a pipeline of consultants based on forecasted hiring needs.
4. Conduct and manage mass hiring activities, including walk-ins, campus drives, and recruitment events.
5. Develop and implement creative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including leveraging social media and job boards (LinkedIn, Naukri, InstaHyre, etc.).
6. Maintain and track recruitment metrics, providing regular updates through dashboards and reports.
7. Conduct HR interviews, negotiations, and follow-ups with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding.
8. Provide support for recruitment processes in both domestic and Middle Eastern markets.
9. Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases to manage recruitment workflows and candidate information.
10. Monitor hiring trends and continuously refine recruitment processes to align with business needs.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, with at least 2+ years in technical recruitment for both permanent and contractual staffing.
- 3+ years of experience in team management and handling recruitment targets.
- Strong experience in both domestic and international (Middle East) recruitment markets.
- Proficiency in using job portals, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in managing recruitment metrics and preparing reports using spreadsheets.
**Preferred:**
- Experience conducting campus drives and mass hiring events.
- Familiarity with the Ed-Tech industry.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days.
**Location:** Hyderabad  
**Work Schedule:** Sunday to Thursday, 10 am to 7 pm  
**Week Off:** Fridays and Saturdays
