Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for roles in Albania.
- Provide recommendations and insights to clients on market trends and candidate availability.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in our database.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Create and manage job postings across various platforms to attract potential candidates.
