Roles and Responsibilities:
- Meet & greet guests arriving to use the Recreation facilities of the hotel.
- Register hotel guests, residents and visitors into the registration log sheet.
- Complete daily recreation check lists and report all maintenance and housekeeping requirements.
- Report all complaints, feedback, incidents and accident to the Spa & recreation Producer.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests.
- Check supply and equipment levels, report shortages to Supervisor.
- Perform opening and closing procedures as per assigned area.
- Pool Area -Set up Pool furniture, cabanas, towels and umbrellas.
- Fitness – Ensure all equipment are cleaned and sanitized.
- Remove trash and debris from all work areas.
- Check restrooms, areas throughout the shift for supply levels, cleanliness and working order, rectify any deficiencies and clean sections as assigned with proper chemicals, tools and equipment.
- Monitor all guest activity in assigned work area, be alert to any sign of trouble.
- Collect fresh and return all dirty towels to Laundry.
- Other duties as assigned by the Spa & Recreation Department.
- Must be able to interact with Cast Members/Guests professionally, helping them with changes and last minute requests as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in hotel or health club industry
- At least High school graduate
- Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality industry
- High level of verbal and written English
- Excellent customer service skills.
