Carry out all operation tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
• Processing of MCQ issuance, Placement of deposits and recoveries within the Time frame.
• Archive all appropriate files and documents manually or electronically as instructed, so that they can be located at a later date.
Diarise customers request/ follow-ups and process the requests on required dates.
• Ensure periodic control checks are done and any discrepancy found to be highlighted.
• Escalate promptly if any irregularities/incident that may lead to risk or financial loss.
• Ensure all tasks carried out comply with Bank operating policies, procedures and standards.
• Identify and recommend improvements to procedures and processes to improve process and service levels without compromising on the Service Quality. • Be proactive in a wide range of customer enquiries and issues, resolving these or escalating as appropriate. • Provide support to other team members as required to assist in the smooth operation of the department
