Description
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly mannerAnswer, screen, and forward incoming phone callsMaintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all timesManage appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookingsHandle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company and its servicesReceive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriersAssist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparationCoordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and operationsMaintain security by following procedures and controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges)Order and manage office supplies and inventoryOrganise and maintain office common areasAssist in organising company events, meetings, and conferencesPerform other clerical duties as needed


Profile
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.Excellent communication skills - Arabic preferred.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
