The Role Guildhall, a leading recruitment agency, is hiring on behalf of our client, an esteemed investment management company based in Dubai. About the Client: Our client operates a unique business model created by real estate and finance professionals. While their name may not immediately convey their diverse expertise, they are involved in various fields such as buying and selling real estate properties, operating restaurants, and pursuing upcoming projects like hotel developments aimed at regional revitalization and logistics facilities supporting eco-friendly operations. Although they function as a typical real estate company in some aspects, they go beyond by proposing and selling these projects to investors and acting as project managers or fund managers, ensuring seamless project execution and investment returns. Location: Dubai Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 (non-negotiable) Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and ensuring a positive first impression. - Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, taking accurate messages when necessary. - Respond to emails and inquiries, providing information or redirecting to appropriate departments. - Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate schedules for internal and external meetings. - Maintain an organized and professional reception area. - Perform general administrative duties, including filing, document preparation, and data entry. - Assist with company correspondence and other ad-hoc tasks as required by the management team. Female candidates only. - Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role. - Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken. - Strong computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a dynamic work environment.
