Job Description
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. The Receptionist will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and assist with various administrative tasks to support the team. This role is essential for maintaining a positive and efficient office environment.
Skills
Greet and Welcome Visitors: Ensure all guests to the school are warmly greeted, check them in, and notify the relevant staff of their arrival. Answer and Direct Calls: Manage a multi-line phone system, fielding calls, answering inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel. Maintain a Tidy Reception Area: Keep the reception area clean and presentable, ensuring a professional first impression. Manage Appointments and Schedules: Schedule meetings, maintain appointment calendars. Administrative Support: Assist with tasks such as data entry, filing, and handling mail and deliveries. Support other departments with additional clerical tasks as needed. Customer Service: Handle inquiries from the parents and provide general information about the school. Security and Visitor Logs: Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges to ensure building security.
